Located in the eclectic beach community of Playa del Rey, this 63 unit, mixed-use project draws design inspirations from the adjacent beach and marina, including exteriors of curved horizontal wood panels evoking boat hulls. Other locally inspired design details include iconic lifeguard towers as deck and shade structures, complete with fire pits.

The 4 story project will be LEED certifiable and will incorporate low income units, allowing for bonus density under SB1818's affordable housing law along with street fronting retail. Unit designs include open residential plans with large expanses of glass and sustainable design elements including bamboo millwork and solar resistant glazing. Other features include underwater portals to the pool above the pedestrian parking access.
