Located in the heart of Studio City this 62 unit, mixed-used project fronts bustling Ventura Boulevard while backing up to an oak filled hillside, inspiring a design that is driven by both worlds.
The street fronting portions of the project incorporate vibrant pedestrian oriented spaces including stone paved plazas, varied neighborhood oriented retail spaces along with a multi-level restaurant.
Respecting the adjacent hillside environment, the project also includes two view corridors that allow vistas of the hillside from the street, building materials that evoke the hillside palate and sustainable design solutions that minimize the project’s environmental footprint.
