The goal with this project was to revitalize an outdated 60’s brick and mirrored glass office building to make it a more vibrant part of the adjacent Third Street Promenade. Keeping the original three story brick structure, the new design called for removing all of the existing fixed glass panels and replacing them with new operable wood windows along with brick infill and precast stone trim. Also included in the remodel was new ground level commercial space including a full service spa, new office spaces and new lobby and common areas. This project took a noncontributing building and recreated it making it a successful part of the City's desired urban fabric.
